About

Minerva Foods is a Brazil-headquartered, publicly listed food company (B3: BEEF3) focused on animal-protein production, processing, distribution and international trade. Founded in 1992, the group has developed an integrated South American supply platform spanning cattle procurement, slaughtering, deboning, further processing, cold-chain logistics and branded sales. Its operating footprint includes facilities and commercial activities across Brazil and other South American countries, with additional operations in Australia. The company is widely positioned as one of South America's leading beef exporters, serving both industrial and foodservice customers as well as retail channels.

Products

The core portfolio is fresh, chilled and frozen beef, including primal cuts, portioned cuts, offal and value-added beef products. Minerva also markets other animal proteins, notably pork, poultry and lamb, alongside selected processed and convenience-oriented meat products. Product specifications can be tailored for export, foodservice, processing and retail requirements, with offerings supported by cold-chain handling, traceability programs and market-specific quality, sanitary and halal requirements.

Export markets

Minerva Foods supplies domestic South American markets and exports to a broad international customer base across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Africa. Its export model is built around access to multiple cattle-producing origins in South America, enabling it to serve importers, distributors, processors, foodservice operators and retailers with origin- and specification-specific protein programs. The company has a particularly relevant position in markets that import frozen and chilled beef from Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia and Australia.
