FIPSO INDUSTRIE

Fipso Industrie, situated in Lahontan (64), strategically located between Pau and Bayonne, serves as the agri-food division of a South-Western pig farmers' cooperative. Specializing in premium products such as the Bayonne Ham with Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) and Red Label farmhouse pork, FIPSO engages in slaughtering, cutting, processing, and marketing of meats. Equipped with a modern industrial facility, FIPSO employs close to 300 individuals and complies with the most stringent sanitary approvals both in France and internationally (China, United States, etc.). Through significant process investments, FIPSO boasts production lines featuring high levels of automation.
