At the instigation of the cooperative group SICAREV, we are a group of 7,500 enthusiastic farmers. We desired to utilize our expertise and passion for the profession, in favour of a more responsible form of agriculture. By establishing our sheep, cattle, and pig cooperatives, we cover a large part of the French territory. By choosing to control the entire chain, from the trade of live animals to the production of meat products, including logistics. By valuing the natural riches of our region. Our guiding principles are: Quality, Transparency, and traceability "from stable to plate". All of this is possible due to the close collaboration between our farms and our processing workshops.
