Headquartered in Carlyle, Illinois, The Maschhoffs is North America's largest pork production network that remains family-owned. The business is under the ownership of fifth-generation family farmers Dave and Karen Maschhoff, as well as Ken and Julie Maschhoff. They collaborate with over 300 family farmers throughout the Midwest.
