Results-driven FP&A and Digitalization Manager with experience across global finance, performance management, BI analytics, process governance and commercial digital transformation. My professional journey has evolved from leading global FP&A, reporting standardization and KPI governance into driving business-side digitalization initiatives focused on Customer Experience, CRM adoption and scalable digital solutions. I currently work at the intersection of Business and Digital, coordinating strategic initiatives on behalf of Sales, Marketing and R&D to enhance Customer Experience. My role focuses on translating business needs into clear process, data and system requirements, strengthening business ownership around data governance, and supporting teams in their day-to-day digital journey. I am currently leading two major transformation areas. The first is a consolidated CX performance framework, connecting key performance indicators to the customer journey and breaking functional silos through one shared view of performance. This includes shaping dashboard layouts, building governance, aligning KPI definitions with functional owners and defining selected views available for customers. The second area is integrated business forecasting, enhanced through Salesforce forecasting capabilities. From the business side, I help connect demand planning with sales building blocks, bringing commercial assumptions, risks and opportunities earlier into the supply chain planning process. Before moving into digitalization, I led global FP&A activities covering forecasting, budgeting, mid-term planning, operational reviews, performance reporting and BI-driven insights for diverse global stakeholders. This background helps me combine financial discipline, process structure and business understanding with a pragmatic digital transformation mindset. I am passionate about leveraging digital tools, data and technology to simplify complexity, improve decision-making and drive operational efficiency. I strongly believe in cross-functional cooperation, continuous improvement, agile ways of working and sharing best practices.
