Sales Responsibilities Right now my responsibilities are Meeting sales targets for assigned area or product category. Visiting retail outlets, distributors, and modern trade stores to ensure McCain products are available and well-stocked. Taking product orders from distributors and retailers. Expanding the market is reached by onboarding new retailers or distributors. Tracking competitor activities (pricing, promotions, new products). Ensuring proper display of McCain products in stores (planogram execution). Managing distributor relationships, ensuring smooth inventory and payment cycles. Marketing Responsibilities Executing marketing campaigns such as in-store promotions, sampling, and product demos. Supporting brand visibility through posters, banners, stands, and digital promotions. Helping organize events like food festivals, chef engagement, or trade shows. Collecting customer feedback to share with the marketing team. Reporting market trends to help improve brand strategy. Reporting & Coordination Preparing daily sales reports (DSR). Updating management on: Sales performance Market issues Competitor insights Customer feedback Coordinating with the supply chain team for stock availability.
