In between McCain and Kraft/Mondelez, I spent 6 years in Management Consulting, where I helped client organizations transform their business processes and define new operating models. I particularly enjoyed, and later specialized in Innovation Management – helping my clients build lasting capabilities in innovation strategy, portfolio management, and idea-to-launch processes.
