I am currently completing an 18-month Sales & Marketing Cadetship with Thomas Foods International, where I am building a broad understanding of the business by spending time across different departments, teams, and locations around Australia. This hands on experience has given me valuable insight into how the business operates as a whole from production to customer sales, while allowing me to develop practical skills in communication, problem-solving, and market analysis. Throughout this cadetship, I’ve had the chance to work alongside experienced professionals across both office and regional settings, giving me a strong foundation in the meat processing industry and an appreciation for the scale and complexity of bringing high-quality products to both domestic and international markets.
