I have more than 30 years of experience with international trade of all kind of pork cuts. I am a determined and proactive personality, that value strong and dynamic team work. I work in a very analytic way, and try to take all possible parameters into account, before important decisions are made. I have many years of experience gathering and analyzing market information, and utilising these strategically in connection with total optimisation and sale. Even though I am not a female :-) , I am able to multitask and keep several balls in the air at a time, and can handle intensive workload. I am open minded, and have gained a lot of experience working with colleagues and clients from many different nationalities and cultures. In the past years I have had the responsibility of sale to many important markets, with the exception of UK and US. I always focus on building up close relationships with clients. I have successfully build up the optimisation, and increased the sale for China in cooperation with our Shanghai office. I have successfully build up and increased the sale for Australia via agents and direct clients. My portfolio also covers Japan and the most important long term contracts. Beside sales I have build up the skill, and have for several years been responsible for the total optimising, and product planning of middles to UK, Japan, Australia, EU and domestic market. I have extensive knowledge about yields and calculations on nearly all pork cuts.
