I’ve spent over a decade driving growth and building efficiency across the food and meat industries—leading teams, scaling operations, and selling to all different levels. Currently I drive forward Edes Custom Meats as General Manager. I lead employees, drive B2B and retail sales, oversee plant operations, and handle all major purchasing and contract negotiations. I helped boost B2B sales, earned an AA on our first BRC audit, and brought new SKUs and certifications to life—all while making sure the floor runs smooth and profitably. Before this, I worked on the R\&D and product commercialization side at Cargill and Simmons Pet Food—launching new lines, solving production bottlenecks, and working cross-functionally to deliver products that sell. Earlier in my career, I cut my teeth in sales at US Foods, where I grew my territory by 47% in year one and took home Rookie of the Year and Top Producer awards. I’ve worked internationally, led research collaborations, and know how to translate technical complexity into clear, profitable action.
