Personal development is something I highly valuate. In the early stage of my student time, I wanted to gain practical experience besides my studies. This resulted in valuable experiences in Finance, Accounting, Sales, Leadership, Cultural Development, Diversity and Voluntary - Social Work. Moreover, my three experiences abroad in Austria, Egypt and Malaysia taught me to become more flexible and resilient during drawbacks, to become open to experience and to accelerate cultural development. During my current job at COFCO International, I notice that having these experiences with different backgrounds and work cultures help me connecting more effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and external contacts.
