I am a seasoned Business Leader and a Certified Independent Director with over 3 decades of experience in the food and nutrition industry. Currently I am leading the Food & Nutrition Business for India and Sri Lanka at Caldic India, a global distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients. I have an enriching experience of building and growing businesses, managing key accounts, driving sales strategy, and leading innovation and change. I have successfully set up the B2B organization in India for McCormick, a global leader in spices and flavors, and established its presence in the APZ region with one of the global accounts. With my innovation mindset I also contributed to the incubation and execution of an Innovation Centre at DuPont, a multinational science and technology company. What drives me is my passion for B2B business which means creating value for customers, partners, and stakeholders through my expertise in food technology, specialty ingredients, and QSR business. I am also keen to leverage my skills and experience as an Independent Director/Mentor for the companies in the food domain/startups.
