I run commercial execution in FMCG, with 27+ years across consumer goods, telecom and software. At Juhayna I lead Commercial Excellence: route-to-market, trade marketing, shopper marketing, sales capability and sales systems, across a sales organization of about 2,500 people and 1,000 routes. I lead the commercial side of the Gorilla energy drink launch, and I'm building the company's customer care center.Most of my career was at Coca-Cola in Egypt, across key accounts, business intelligence, revenue growth management and customer care. Results I can point to: cost-to-revenue cut from 22% to 17%, 9% net sales revenue growth supported by revenue growth management, NPS up from 10 to 34, out-of-stocks halved from 8% to 4%, and delivery in full on time up 20 points. I led a customer care team of 170+ people and built out e-commerce and customer financing.At Egypt Foods I built the business case to move the EGP 8 billion wholesale channel to presell, and won Chairman approval. At Raya Trade I ran a EGP 3.8 billion sales portfolio.
