I thrive in the space where strategy is implemented and made tangible in the organisation. Providing the right tools and setting relevant KPIs to help the organisation deliver on the strategic targets. In my latest role at Danish Crown, i supported senior management with analysis and project mangament on topics related to sustainability and finance.. That included rolling out a reporting framwork across 65 international entities and incorporating sustainability metrics in the performance management framework and strategy process. My approach is grounded in a practical, down-to-earth view on problems and tasks. I am a firm believer in keeping things simple and actionable to achieve the best results.
